1800 would be a good price, 2500 is still fair if it is in excellent condition. Looks from the picture that the carb is off. If the original carb is not there expect a long search to find one a may have to pay $200+ to get one. Also the side of the block looks wavey which may indicate a freeze repair, which they often did in this area. Cracked blocks bring the price down a little. Having the made in England fuel tank and the correct fenders is a definite plus. Good luck! -Steve
