For something more original you could go to New Holland (or Messick's) for part# 86534432 which is a steel elbow that has a flange welded to it that bolts onto the cylinder head. This then connects to the muffler outlet and clears the hood and provides the vertical direction. Then all you need is the vertical pipe, clamps, and rain cap. (The above part# was provided by showcrop in an earlier post about a similar subject.) This part costs about $65-$67 so be prepared. I don't think this site sells it but you should check.
In my case I needed to use a long bolt in the bottom hole and some washers behind the flange to get it to be exactly vertical. -Will
