Whoever told you that has no idea what they're talking about. The NAA was made as a 1953 & 1954 model year tractor, and since 1953 was the 50th anniversary of the Ford Motor Company they called the 1953 model the Golden Jubilee, but not the 1954 model, so saying that it might be a 1953 or 1954 Jubilee is like saying that a particular car might be a 2003 or 2004 50th anniversary Corvette, when in fact they only made the 50th anniversary Corvette as a 2003 model.
If it has 641 stamped into it, then they know even less.
