These are Equus 7000 series gauges, they can be bought at most automotive stores but most likely will have to be ordered. I bought mine through Amazon.com because it finds the best price with a choice of who to buy from.
The lights in the gauges are much easier to see the gauges than the one mounted on the dash. The Tachometer on my tractor already had a factory hole in the back for a light but it was plugged with a rubber plug. Pulled out the rubber plug and installed a metal dash light socket in there too, now all gauges are lit up at night.
