Got all my new lighted gauges mounted in today. They register better than the old ones. The old gauges were only about 5 years old but the water temp gauge wasn't even moving, I thought I had no thermostat installed. When I got the new gauges installed I ran the tractor for about 15 minutes and the temp came up to 160 degrees, dropped back to 140 and then came up to 160 and stayed until I shut off the tractor. I still have a new 188 degree thermostat on order that I'm going to use along with new radiator hoses so I should be in good shape for winter.
Old Gauges with the Volt meter mounted after the 12 volt conversion.
New Gauges
The Temperature gauge I like a lot better because it is more detailed.
That's not a crack on the Volt meter, it's a shadow from the garage light. I had to go check after I uploaded the pictures and saw it at first.
Lights on. The RPM gauge also had a plugged light hole in the back, I took out that rubber plug and installed a light. Though it's not as bright but it is lit.

| Where did you purchase the lighted gauges? They look great and are a nice update for night tractor use. |

| These are Equus 7000 series gauges, they can be bought at most automotive stores but most likely will have to be ordered. I bought mine through Amazon.com because it finds the best price with a choice of who to buy from.
The lights in the gauges are much easier to see the gauges than the one mounted on the dash. The Tachometer on my tractor already had a factory hole in the back for a light but it was plugged with a rubber plug. Pulled out the rubber plug and installed a metal dash light socket in there too, now all gauges are lit up at night. |

| I see you have a Sherman combo aux transmission. Nice some times to have 12 forwards gear but the draw back is to run the PTO at the correct speed you have to have it in the standard position. My 841 has that and it took me a long time to find out if had 12 forward speeds since I did not know about the pull to the side then up |
