An N with good hydraulics and a hyster pole would be handy as a shirt pocket around your yard. Use it to lift and move the stuff you know you should not try to lift and move by yourself. I know you are good with that big trackhoe, but this would get stuff in and out of tight spots. But I'd cover it for sure if you can't park it in the dry.
Yep, a '50 or later N with 12v conversion would be nice to keep around in the yard. As far as the sheet metal, well, "pretty is as pretty does"...
