The 641 was painted red with the exception of the grill, fenders and wheels which were gray. The red is a different shade than the 600 or 800's, it is a more orangish red. The gray was more of a buff color.
There has been much discussion about original color shades. CNH sells their paint which is supposed to match the original colors. If I recall correctly about $50 per gallon. I believe it is an arylic enamel. If you want to spend more on paint, buy a spray can of the red and gray, paint some metal and have your auto paint store match the colors.
