actually any 5000 manual will work. but as said the english had the funky emergency brake on the side of the trans, wider running boards, larger "hyway" rear fenders, light and horn and in some cases a place for a license plate.
remember that in europe, tractors were used on the roads to pull produce to markets and had to thus meet some of the "hyway" laws, so there fore the minor differences and fenders to keep the constant rain off the driver.
Otherwise the parts are the same and the engines were pretty much all built in england if i remember correctly.
