I've never dealt with that but I don't think it would be too hard to check with a meter. See where the power goes and where it stops...
I think I'd look at the fuse panel and if you don't have power feeding INTO those circuits, then I'd work backwards to the load relay... I think that's where they get their supply.
Wiring diagrams for those things are not exactly complicated, but they do consume several pages in the service manual. The OEM manual is worth having if you're doing any amount of work on the tractor...
I also don't recall for certain if the alternator circuit is tied into the ignition load relay, but I'm pretty sure it's NOT... so if you have a charge light on, you have a wiring problem, regulator problem, battery temp sensor problem or alternator problem. Depending on how much time you want to spend on that subject, or money on parts... you might just throw a Delco 10si on it. The bracket needs to be ground out some, the correct pulley scrounged or made and the regulator disconnected... but otherwise it's a simple alteration.
