Why did you change all those things? Did you do some diagnostics?
Did you fiddle with the timing when you worked on the ignition system? Do you have a FAT, BLUISH-WHITE SPARK, the color of lightning at the plugs?
A cracked manifold can cause a leaning of the mixture but, depending on the size of the hole, it might start with some choke and then die whe the choke is turned off. Are you using the choke to start it?
Do some diagnostics and try to see whether the problem is in the ignition system (most probable) or in the fuel deliver and metering system (fuel suppy and carb).
