to 20 starting problem

my to20 was running great i brush hogged 5 arces put it in the barn 2 days later wont start. i put a new battery, plugs, wires, d-cab, rotor, points, condenser, and coil in and ive got spark to my spark plugs now but when i turn it over it just pops. there is a small hole in the manifold and a flame does come out of it but the hole has been there for awhile but no flame. i think the carb is ok gas flows good when i unscrewed the little bolt. i need to get this guy going agin snow is on its way and i plow with it :(
 
If it cranks good and you have good spark (you said you did), and your compression is ok, then it has to be fuel or air. The manifold hole could be a factor; maybe it has grown. Or it could be flooded. As a quick test, rap the side of the carb with a block of wood or dead blow hammer and see if it frees up the needle in the carb, hopefully eliminating any flooding. If that doesn't work, remove the intake hose and squirt a little starter fluid into the carb as you crank it over and see if it fires. Don't choke it.
 
Why did you change all those things? Did you do some diagnostics?

Did you fiddle with the timing when you worked on the ignition system? Do you have a FAT, BLUISH-WHITE SPARK, the color of lightning at the plugs?

A cracked manifold can cause a leaning of the mixture but, depending on the size of the hole, it might start with some choke and then die whe the choke is turned off. Are you using the choke to start it?

Do some diagnostics and try to see whether the problem is in the ignition system (most probable) or in the fuel deliver and metering system (fuel suppy and carb).
 
pull the air cleaner hose off the carb bet it's full of gas and it is flooded. little dirt in the carb needle valve
 
i pulled the air cleaner hose off and there was gas in it............ i guess its carb cleaning time thank you
