Walt What Jeff told you to do you didnt do ,i dont know where you got the idea to tie the chain to the wheel,,,i have used these directions in the past but it didnt clean my tank because of the baffle plates that are in there ,just because you dont understand basic directions is no reason to take out your frustrations on someone who is only trying to help you respectfully Danny
