In 3-4 weeks there will likely still be a foot or more of ice on the lakes and very strong evidence that winter existed with a vengance this year. A "river" will flow through the back yard over top of the remaining snow contaning the runoff from the neighbors cattle field to the west of and slightly higher than us. The blackflies won't be out for at least 8-10 weeks, maybe more. That furry little so and so who predicts the coming of spring every year will by then have been turned into a nice warm pair of mitts and his head will hang over the mantle..........I digress.......I don't have a mantle.
I'd hate like heck to take that off your hands only to make one or two little tweaks and reap the benefits of all your hard work, that just wouldn't be right and I'd be a bad bad person for doing so. It is for that reason that I insist you keep it.
