My say is this: Do your research and get legal counsel. If you can, try to sue Vern Otto. He grossly misrepresented the product in question. Plus he could not have missed the hole; it shows up like a neon light, and he painted in that area, so he must have seen it. Not to mention the misrepresentation of the brakes, synchros, hydraulic pump, etc. You could probably take him to court, ragardless of borders. It might have to be a Canadian court, but you should be able to make it work. Cut this guy off at the ankles. He gives antique tractor sellers a bad reputation, and also gives Canadians in general (I'm one) a bad reputation. I still can't get my jaw up off the floor. I can see how somebody could miss a pinprick hole, but it looks like a cannonball went through that block! A point blank lie on Vern's part. I would also recommend to other people buying on Yesterday's Tractors to boycott Vern. Don't buy anything from him. Try to force him to give up dealing in old iron. Specter Central Alberta, Canada
