Here's what has happened to me.

Jan 11 2010 my wife mailed a USPS money order to Ray from some cub cult shields and shanks. Ray was one of the few that replied to me on a WTB ad that I put on the Classified Ads here at Yesterdays Tractors. I had to email him on Jan 20 2010 asking him if he recieved payement. He returned my email the same day stating they had some bad weather and that he found some clamp ext bars that he'll throw in the same box. I returned the email say yeah throw them in there. That was on Jan 20.

Feb 4 I emailed him asking for a day when he plans on shipping my items. This is a copy/paste from his response

hello i emailed you a week ago or so and asked whens a good time to call and

need your phone # plz email back

I never NEVER NEVER recieved an email from him a week ago from that email. I emailed him right back stating I never recieved email from him and gave him my phone number. This might sound odd, I never NEVER recieved a phone call from him.

Feb 6 I sent him another email asking for a shipping day. No return email from him.

Feb 7 I sent him another email asking for shipping day. No return email from him

Feb 7 I sent him another email stating he has a few days to get back to me until I seek legal help.

Then I did a search on Koroleski on these forums. UH OH I should've done my homework. I think I can kiss that cash bye bye.

Feb 7 I sent my story to the ARENAC COUNTY INDEPENDENT. Which is a newspaper in Standish MI. I asked them for an email to the Standish Police Dept and to who there would deal with internet fraud. I will aslo be seeking legal advice from my laywer as well this week. I will keep all posted about what comes out of this.

What a sad sad day

shiggy
