Another idea is a loose coupler flange on the input to the trans from the clutch coupling "joint". It is splined, and if it were loose, the clutch shaft and coupler could move forward enough to disengage, stopping everything in the trans, including the PTO. It would require the removal of the belly pump/reservoir to access the input shaft assembly. If the clutch will allow you to operate the tractor in road gear with no slipping, I doubt the clutch is the issue. Jim
