Between engine and bell housing. Be nice if you could remove the top cover on the center housing to make sure which seal is leaking. If the dealer short cut and didn't replace the T/A carrier seal or wasn't carful when installing the unit the seal could be leaking. Also if they short cut and just repaired the ramp roller system in the T/A the T/A shaft seal maybe wasn't replaced. Unless changed if they got a T/A repair gasket and seal set the PTO shaft seals are not included. Really 2 seals on the shaft, front one will leak into the main clutch compartment. I always replace them and the dealer should also if they cared about a good job. If recent work and the T/A end seals are leaking I would try to get compensation from them or re repair.
