A new engine rear plate would be needed. (fabricated) the plate would need to be strong enough to carry load presented by the different engine bellhousing/torque tube connection. The frame rails would need to be remanufactured at the trans end to accommodate the bigger housing. The clutch shaft would need to be fabricated to be longer and fit the 350 sized clutch. When done, you would be confronted with a tractor that would be worth less than either original tractor in operating condition. It would be heavy, and under powered to a degree. It would be compromised in tractor pulling due to weight, and lack of Cubic inches. Not a higher value coupling of components. Jim
