Bob, Thanks for the advise. I adjusted the pedal free play to an 1 1/2. It was only an inch. It helped a little. It still takes about 4 seconds after mashing in the clutch in order for it not to grind when putting it in gear. This is at lowest idle. I also greased the 2 zerk fittings on the release bearing. What do you think? Time for a clutch rebuild? Appreciate the info. Tyman
