id give that for it in that condition, with tractors the deal breaker is always where it is, and what its going to cost to get it to where you are, if its 20 miles away, its a non issue, if you dont have a truck and tandem trailer, you can fire that up and drive it home, if its 1,000 miles away say, its going to cost another 2 grand to get it to you, half that if you go get it yourself, if you do, get a bill of sale for the tractor, so you can prove ownership, tractors dont have titles, and these days a lot of cops, and port of entries are interested in old tractors being hauled, people swipe them, scrap them and finance their drug habit that way
