Interesting question. I think the answer is a photo. There are several possibilities, but the answer will probably take a photo. There is no stock hydraulic fitting below the Liftall control rod as delivered from the factory. Thus our visualization is just not realistic. There are holse for the choke, and shutter control (usually empty) and that is about it. Give us a photo. (ask for permission from Kim (feedback to the lower left) to allow the picture.
