QC is the prefix for Regulars. The serial number tells it all. You have a Regular. Most likely F-20 parts were added for a couple of reasons. The Regular steering set up was prone to rapid wear in dusty conditions and an F-20 enclosed box makes sense for replacement purposes. The addition of an F-20 manifold and carburetor makes sense as well since they will add some power. The governor may be F-20, or it may be one of the upgrade kits that were available from Central Tractor Parts or Tractor Supply Co. D
