I don't kknow what model tractor you haave, but the 350 through the 460 series, mayb later, had a handle at the left rear corner of the transmission cover with some notches in it. Pushing this lever all the way down would lock the traction control out,a d that is the way we ran our 350 all the time. As far as the drawbar swinging, there is a plate under the tractor that is attached to the fast-hitch at the right lower are. This plate has a hole and a slot in it. By placing a ppin in the hole, athe drawbar will not swing, but puting th pin in the slot position will allow it to for plowing, etc. I managed to break the shaft that this plaate pivots on once turning too quickly all the time plowing. You should see the drawbar swing then! Hope this helps.
