To start out, take the cover off the top. It is held on with 2 screws and is part of the vent pipe which goes accross the front of the engine. It will probably twist in the pipe fitting. When you look in this housing you will see a lever which moves up and down. Unhook the pin or bolt which goes on the arm of the shaft that goes back to the carbruater. Open the hand throttle wide open. This will push the rod up. Adjust the length of the rod so that the pin or bolt will just go through the arm of the shaft which goes to the carbruater.
