Hello Adam, If you lost everything that listed the only thing it could be is the IPTO shaft, there are two pumps and the PTO that runs off that shaft. it is pretty common for the IPTO shaft to strip out at the clutch. I not sure why you heard a noise in the rear end. The first thing I would do is pull the hyd filter and look for metal or drain some oil out of the trans. if it is clean then i would split the tractor and look at the clutch. I would also recommend that you get an IT manual it makes working on these tractors much simpler. Good Luck Ed
