Hey,
I have a 1946 Farmall H and it has been converted to 12 volts. But it doesn't have an alternator yet. I have a three wire alternator, and was wondering what is the right way to wire it in? What I have been told is that the battery terminal and terminal number 2 go to the battery, and terminal number 1 goes to the ignition switch. Is that right? My next question is where does the idiot light go. I would like to add one so I know to know if the old alternator I have takes a crap. Also where do I put the ampmeter Thanks, Nick
