Original IH manifolds for H and SH used a different bolt spread for carburetor. Most aftermarket have sloted holes so one manifold fits all. If you have a IH tube there will be a # on it. Post # and all letters for identifacation. Look on side of engine block above oil filter to see if C 164 is cast on block in raised letter and # to see if you have a SH engine. If tractor does what you want, consider fixing carburetor on it. In most cases a H tube used with a SH size carb will bind the verticle rod in governor.
