M Farmall Kills Battery

I have a 1950 M Farmall and last week it started draining the battery.I have traced all the wires from the gen. to the switch to look for bare wires and I can't find anything wrong. I don't were to look next.As soon as you put a hot battery in it and hit the start switch it drains all the juice from the battery.Thanks for all the help ya'll. Bigun
