do you mean just spin out the steering shaft after you take it off at the universal?does the big nut just screw out with the rod?i tried doin that earlier today,i put a pipe wrench on the rod and pulled downed with all of my body weight and it never moved.i wus afriad to pull harder because i didnt know if i would break the worm gear or somthing else in there.
