That sure is weird, What size is that plug? If that plug can't be removed, is it big enough to drill a 1/4" hole through the plug to allow the block to drain. Then drill the plug with a "R" drill and then use a 1/8 pipe tap to cut threads into the drilled hole so it can be plugged or install a drain cock. If this isn't possible he may be better off to drain the radiator and antifreeze the tractor to keep it from freezing over the winter. Hal
