Gasoline in the engine comes in through the intake. fills everything till the tank is empty. It will definately lock up the motor (hydraulic lock) gasoline is not compressable. Do not try to start it!!! pull the plugs and drain the oil. Fix float issue.!!! disconnect coil/mag at the low voltage terminals. Crank over engine (crank is preferable) Fill with new oil and you are good to go. It is almost 100% likely the cause. If it is cranked with plugs in it can bend rods. Jim Nicholson
