Well, I finally got her running this afternoon...I think the timing is off still, as when I brought number 1 piston up to TDC the timing gear for the injection pump and the idler gears marks were 3 teeth off...Not sure if this is the way it should be but book says they supposed to be dead center...Reason I think it's still off is when you start it, it smokes black a good bit, then no smoke when running at idle..almost hard to tell it's running...I may be able to fine tune by twisting the pump a little bit...The pump is held onto the gear by 3 bolts, so it ain't yo yo proof as I found this one to be off 1/3 rd turn.....
