Industrial tractor?

Hope someone can help, Just purchased a Mod# I-2405-B Ser. # 2230142J203637* This Tractor has International on it's hood. suppossedly a 1976 "Industrial Tractor" special ordered for the FAA. It is yellow and white in color. I dont know its horsepower but it is a 4 cylinder, gas. I was stuck and only one wheel was turning, no posi-trac?, limited slip? runs rough, missing parts on the 3 point hitch and needs the ROPs reinstalled. I will work on those problems as I go.. I was hoping someone might help me learn what I can from the serial number. We are located in Alaska. Thank-you for your help, Chuck Pratt
