Tim, Start at $400 it is easier to go up! Remind the seller that you are looking at the very least doing the Top end on the motor! (head gasket), while the head is off might as well get it serviced. There is no way in H_ _ _ I would start off at $750 with what you have described about the motor. If it needs tires too I would drop to $300. But it is your money, give it away if you want to. If he gets insulted, get him to counter offer. That is why it is called barganing. Who knows.....with all that is wrong with it, in your eyes you may get it for $600 to $750 maybe.
