Chances are it just has the large sleeves to give it a Super H bore. This was a very common rebuild, to put in the Super H bore sleeves when buying new sleeves for an H. It increases compression and horsepower but not up to the Super H because the Super H had a larger carburetor. The carburetor is probably still an H. A Super H had the same carburetor as an M. A much bigger body, but you probably need to see an M to compare.
