I think it all depends on what you want to do with her, If you want to do a restoration I would say "no" I learned the hard way, I bought an "a" for 500.00 that was in about the same condition, with the intent to restore it to look like a new one, I am not done withe her yet but with all of the missing parts, rusted out fenders and hood that I had to replace I will have about 4,000 invested ! , Im not dissatified but I could never get all of the money back if I had to sell her, If you just need a tractor to get running and do some brushhogging etc it would probalbly be a good buy, just opinion/ whatever you do I hope it works out for you.
