Dan, I purchased a 41 Farmall H for $250 locally. It had all the parts on it with lights and good tin. It did not run. It did not take much to get it running, but once I had it running I discovered it had a stuck valve. Sometimes they can be unstuck easily, but in this case I soked it for weeks and now am removing the head to fix it. I do not regret buying it but i agree with the others that $900 is too much unless it is running. It will be difficult to find one at the price i got mine for but $500 would be reasonable.
