I would like a little feedback on the pending purchase of a 1942 H. The tractor is mostly complete. the fellow told me that it starts on gas and is supposed to be switched to Kerosene. But He had only been running it on Gasoline for some time. would this system be hard to get back in operation? Has it hurt the tractor running gasoline only for a long time? Tires are all shot and need to be replaced. The starter and the generator are not on the tractor but he has them and several new parts for it. He's asking $900.00 for it. From what I can tell the tin is all there and in good condition. No lights though. Does the tractor also run on Diesel. Does the tractor make more power running on Kerosene? Any advice or info is greatly appreciated.
