I'm with you, Jimbo. I operate several M's and they do have different warmup characteristics. I assume it is due to small differences in the condition of all the components. If I had more time I might be able to get them all to start and warm up quickly, but unfortunately Mr. MacKay is reasonably right in that a little warmup tiem is very good for the engine. Still, when it starts and runs well I go ahead and start moving like I do in the summer. A carburetor rebuild must be very thorough to help, the air circuits usually don't work and that contributes to hard starting, slow warmup, and gas in the intake when you choke.
