Moving the wheels is pretty easy if you can loosen the bolts holding the clamps on the axles. Just park it on the side of a gentle slope with the wheel you want to move uphill (to move the wheel in) and jack up that side. Once the clamps are loose you can "walk" the wheel right up the axle. Even full of fluid it's not a problem.
