What I did was go to the automotive junk yards till I found a beat up forklift. You can usually buy the mast assy for under $400,... But make sure the forks are not bent up. Then you just make up a mount for you 3 pt hitch and your in business,... I made one this way for my tractor,... Put it on a 333 Massey Harris, but had to put #1000 of weights on the front end to keep it down. Now I have it mounted on a Oliver 1855,.... Still need to add front weight for bigger stuff. It is rated at #2500 and has a 11 ft lift (Plus another foot by raising the 3pt),... Can E-Mail you a few pics if needed.
