If stored outside, make sure you get that exhaust covered or fixed first. Then take plugs out. Keep fluid in the cylinders (I use automatic transmission fluid). People use alot of various liquids but I would stay away from anything that is highly evaparatable. Jack up one rear wheel and maybe block it if you don't want to tie your jack up for along time. Over the coarse of 3 to 4 weeks, keep fluid in the cylinders and put transmission in gear and rock that jacked up wheel back and forth. You may also use the cranke but I wouldn't get to rowdy with that ( no need to mess up the cranke or the shaft it goes on). If this fails to loosen it up, you might as well take the head and pan off. Then you can work directly with the piston, or pistons that are stuck. good luck to you
