Is it a Farmall 240 or a 240 Utility? I've got a Farmall 240 that I really like. It is a newer version of the C, Super C, 200, and 230. If it already has Fast-Hitch, then all it needs is a 3-point adapter. If your brother needs a whole 3-point hitch, have him contact Cross Manufacturing in Mindenmines, Missouri at (417)-842-3405. I just got a 3-point hitch for my Farmall 240 from them. It is really meant for a C or Super C, because it needs to use the lift arms these tractors have under the gas tank, which the 240 doesn't have, so I had the make my own lift, using a hydraulic cylinder. Another potential problem might be mounting the hitch to the rear axles, but I was fortunate enough to have some kind of implement mounts that lined up perfectly with the hitch. The 240 handles a 6 foot Bush Hog very nicely.
