Don't pull on the O.D. of the pulley, it WILL break. Use a two piece bearing puller behind the pulley and then use a two jaw puller on the bearing puller. Not too sure on the terminology for the gizmo that goes behind the pulley. Anyone know the correct term? Heat will be VERY helpful. When you reinstall, use a threaded rod (1/2" I think) screwed into the end of the crank along with large washers and a nut to draw the pulley on. I put the pulley in the oven before hand, it goes on easier.
