The W-6 is kind of a standard tread version of the M with quite a few differences. The engines are the same so you will have the same horsepower as an M. The W-6 will take a lot more room to turn around, they are rather clumsy in tight spaces. W-6 did not come with a belly pump, however in the late 40's they came with the distributor drive live pump. If it doesn't have the live pump then there are no hydralics. If you must have hydralics on a budget, a pump can be mounted in the front running off of the crankshaft VERY easily as there is no bolster to get around on the W series. The W-6 will have more power than a Super H. An M is easier to manuever in smaller spaces.
