Jim, I was test driving my new 300 this morning and the TA appeared to work good. Then I tried to start the tractor from a dead stop in 5th with TA engaged, it just barely moved, didn't hear anything adverse but shifted to 4th, worked ok and I didn't think any more about it. After reading your post it sounds like what you may be experiencing - let me know if you get any good responses. Dick Davis
