I am not real familliar with Ms but my F-12 and 10-20 fuel valves both dripped a little. What I did to fix it and it doesn't leak a drop now was to take out the valve part and clean it real good! make sure it isn't scored and is perfectly round where it seats and shuts off the fuel. Then I took it to the hardawre store and got a Neoprene O ring that fits fairly snug when pulled down to where the Old packing would have been on the valve stem. Remove all traces of old packing inside the nut and clean off the teflon tape off the threads. I did it on both the kero and gas tanks on both tractors and now it seals better than when new.
