The 10-20 was painted gray untill sometime in 1936, when all the other models changed colors too. I have been slowly working on a 1931 model, and it as gray. I have seen red ones. I understand that the cylinder head and manifold are slightly different on the F-30, and the W-30, giving them more H.P. There may be other differences too. I think a big reason IH kept the 10-20 in the lineup was because of it's popularity and reputation. My 2-cents.
