Roger Welsch wrote a humorous paperback book on novice tractor restoration, can't remember the title. Will dig it out and post the title for you this evening. It's not free and it's not on the internet but can't cost much and I enjoyed it. It is about how he goes about the process. Only thing is he doesn't re paint his tractors. He buys non running junkers and brings them back to life.
