It took 2 years to break mine loose. I used everything but PB Blaster (had never heard of it or would have tried that also). It doesn't take very much rust to stick one real tight but sometimes it takes a whole lot of patience to unstick one. When it did break loose, it was one cylinder at a time. The best thing I did to hurry it along (2 yrs)was disconnect the connector rods from the crank. In this way you can work on one piston at a time. No matter what, you need to keep oil down in the cylinders. I jacked up one wheel like Big Fred, pounded the poop out of the pistons with a hammer and block of wood, used a jack on the crank shaft, beat the dickins out of the hand crank, used a comealong for steady pressure on one jacked up wheel and I also said lots of bad words. Finally its loose and the cylinder walls are really in pretty good shape. A good honing should clean them out. Had the head baked, bead blasted and valve job. Bout ready to start putting it back togather but need to check out the generator, starter and magneto first. I may just go to farming when its all done. :)
